The ICES WorkInfo PLUS is composed of three (3) applications: HRIS, Payroll and Employee Portal.
The Human Resources Info System is fully integrated with the Payroll System. It optimizes the entry and monitoring of basic personnel information all data required for payroll processing.
The Payroll System helps you to effectively manage all payroll-related and billing-related processes within your business organization. You can easily enter the employees’ time data through user-friendly interface or via data file imports. It is also bundled with Employee Portal System designed to help employees to access data anywhere at any time

Standard Report Generation – Generates standard payroll-related and billing-related reports that can be easily exported to other format such as Excel, PDF and Word
Bank File Generation – Generates bank file format of the following: BPI, Security Bank, Metrobank, GCASH, Unionbank, AUB, BDO, Eastwest, True Money
Special Processing – Process 13th month pay, Final Pay, End of Year Annualization, Incentive Leave, Special Allowance and Retro Adjustment
Employee Information – View employee information including personal info, identification numbers, employment and bank account details
Premium Contributions Monitoring – View and print SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig contributions within range of payout
Request Form Management – File leave request, overtime, swap holiday, incomplete time-in/time-out, official business or leave without pay subject for approval
Loan/Cash Advances and Payments Monitoring – View and print loan details and payments deducted every payroll
Generate Payslip Report – View and print payslip for personal copy
DTR Validation – Enable employees to check for invalid daily time record and file request form for blank entries as needed
Leave Monitoring – Allows employee to monitor earned, used and available leave balances
